Our Prices

We always endeavour to offer simple, good value prices. We don’t aim to be the cheapest, but believe that with the experiences included and the accommodation used we offer exceptional value for money without compromising on quality.

Value for money
We believe we offer good value and there are a number of reasons we are able to do this:
- All of our holidays are only sold direct to clients and, therefore, there is no travel agent commission factored into our holiday prices.
- As part of the Kuoni Group we have the buying power to negotiate excellent rates.
- We have well-established long-term relationships with our suppliers, meaning that we are often able to obtain special offers and exclusive deals.
- We keep our costs down, for example by not producing glossy brochures, meaning we can keep our prices lower.

Touring Holidays:
All of our tours are priced including standard economy airfares based on the most convenient routing to a destination. However, airfares can and do change regularly and in order to offer the best value for money we are often able to offer savings from the original tour price, either by using an alternative carrier or by utilising special offer fares.

As fares and special offers are issued by airlines, we have no direct control over their availability. Therefore, our prices are subject to change, and availability may be limited or restricted to particular booking dates.

Please note that whilst the airfare can change, we guarantee the price of the ‘land’ section of all our tours, so should we discount a tour, this saving will be passed to all clients already booked. Also, should you wish to arrange your own flights, the majority of our touring holidays are available as a ‘land only’ package - please ask one of our travel consultants for details.

Beach Holidays:
All of our beach holidays are priced including return transfers and standard economy airfares based on the most convenient routing to a destination. However, hotel prices and airfares can and do change regularly and in order to offer the best value for money we are often able to offer savings from the original holiday price, either by using an alternative carrier or by utilising special offers from hotels or airlines.

These fares and special offers are issued by hotels and airlines, so we have no direct control over their availability. Therefore, our prices are subject to change, and availability may be limited or restricted to particular booking dates.

Price Guarantee
All prices quoted can go up or down. Before you confirm a booking we will give you the up-to-date price of your chosen holiday, including any relevant supplements, discounts, fuel surcharges, upgrades or additional facilities which you have requested. Once you have accepted this price and a booking has been made, that price is fully guaranteed and will not be subject to any surcharges.

Advertised Prices
The prices we promote are based on 2 passengers sharing a room and will utilise any special offers currently available to ensure we offer the best price currently available.
Please note:
- Prices are subject to availability, which may be limited.
- Prices are subject to change and can go up or down.
- Prices on the website are checked and updated manually on a weekly basis and are, therefore, given for indication only. Please call or use our online booking facility to obtain the latest price.
- The flight routing used may be indirect and/or less convenient.
- Ticket restrictions may apply.
- If flight availability is limited the best available price may be higher than the original tour price.
- Savings may not be applicable on optional extensions.

Credit Card Charges
A charge of 2% is payable for payments made using a credit card. However, if you pay by debit card or cheque, no additional charge will be incurred.

Discounts
We aim to price all of our holidays as competitively as we can and are, therefore, not able to offer any discounts on our holidays other than those from hotel and airline special offers detailed above.

Single supplements
If a single person occupies a double room they will usually be asked to pay extra (a single supplement). Hotels price their rooms based on them being occupied by 2 people and they do not reduce the rates if it is occupied by a single person. The costs to the hotel of providing the room – heating, lighting, cleaning etc - are the same regardless of how many people occupy that room. If these costs are then split between 2 people rather than 1, the per person cost is consequently less, hence why a single traveller has to pay a supplement.

However, some hotels have specific single rooms, which are generally smaller and sometimes less well appointed. While there is normally a supplement for these rooms, the overall cost will usually be less than when a single person occupies a double room.

We do not make additional or excessive profits from these supplements. The prices we charge reflect the costs of under-occupancy of the rooms contracted to us by the hotel.

Peak season supplements
During peak periods, such as Christmas and Easter, when demand outstrips the supply of airline seats and accommodation, you may find that supplements are added to the cost of your holiday. The supplements may be for certain holiday departures and/or accommodation on specific dates. They do not necessarily indicate that additional services such as gala dinners will be provided. The cost of these supplements will be quoted to you at the time of booking.

Online bookings
Whilst we endeavour to ensure that our online booking engine will offer the correct holiday price, there may on occasion be technical problems, which result in incorrect prices generating. When we become aware of any such error, we will ensure that we act promptly and will notify you within 7 days of the time of booking. We must reserve the right to cancel the booking and you will be given the choice to amend your booking to an alternative holiday, at the correct price.
