Please note: We do not generally accept children on this tour. However, for families with children aged 8 or above, we can arrange exclusive use of a safari vehicle (at extra cost).

Single supplement: For departures during May and June we are pleased to offer the safari with no single supplement (please note a single supplement will be charged for the night at the Holiday Inn Nairobi and on any extensions). Single supplements during other periods start from £88 but can get considerably higher during busier periods.

Payment Schedule:
1. If you are booking prior to 61 days before departure a non-refundable deposit of £150 per person will be required at the time of booking. Occasionally, a higher deposit may be required due to the restricted nature of some airline tickets.
2 Full balance is payable 61 days prior to departure.
3. If you are booking within 61 days of travel, the full balance will be required at the time of booking.
4. Two weeks before travel you will receive final travel details and tickets.
5. Download and read a copy of our booking conditions.
nb: We also strongly recommend that you take out adequate travel insurance, details of which can be sent to you on request.

  • Flights: Return flights from London Heathrow.

  • Accommodation & Meals: 1 night Holiday inn Nairobi with breakfast, 7 nights safari (2 nts Samburu lodge, 1 nt treetops, 1 nt Lake hotel - Naivasha, 3 nts Keekorok lodge), full board.

  • Excursions: Transfers and transport; Regular game drives.

  • Taxes: Pre-paid UK government departure taxes.
