Hot air balloon safari - from £225 per person

During your stay at Keekerok (on either day 7 or 8) we offer the chance to take a memorable hot air balloon flight over the vast plains of the Masai Mara. Flights depart shortly after dawn when the sun is still low and the game is at its most active. After the flight a delicious breakfast is served with a glass of 'bubbly' in the bush. This is a very special and highly recommended experience. Our prices are only applicable to bookings made in the UK at least 7 days prior to departure. This is a very popular trip so we recommend booking early to avoid disappointment.

After finishing your safari, fly to the coastal town of Mombasa and transfer to the Coconut Village Hotel (This is a two and a half hour drive so you may instead prefer to overnight in Nairobi and fly direct to Malindi the following day). This delightful medium class hotel is built in a traditional Swahili village style and is based on a stretch of white sand beach, near Malindi. The 45 air conditioned rooms have a queen size canopy bed, room safe, large bathroom with shower, and balcony or terrace overlooking the pool or gardens. Seafront rooms are available at a small supplement. An excellent restaurant is complemented by a bar and swimming pool. All meals are included during your stay as well as unlimited house wine, local beer, soft drinks (Plus, from 1800-2300, local spirits/cocktails). Windsurfing and other watersports are available at extra cost.
