With 12 suites, all of which overlook the retreats freshwater swimming pool, Kinondo offers a relaxing stay, bereft of the big resort set meal, rigid dress code, muzak filled mentality so common to other properties. At Kinondo Retreat you'll have seclusion, a sense of peace and the chitchat melodies of myriad birdlife to look forward to.
All suites are spacious, air-conditioned/fan-cooled, decorated in the local Swahili style and offer a simple and compact bathroom with shower, walk in wardrobe with dresser and sitting area. With no phone or television, you'll enjoy freedom from these modern distractions, as well as a discreet butler service. Each suite has a patio offering shade and privacy. Attending to the needs of every guest, a day at Kinondo Retreat commences with freshly brewed tea and coffee served on your patio, followed by an al fresco breakfast of your choice. Then lunch and dinner will be served on your patio.
There is a pool bar, scattered banana loungers and a health salon offer relaxing treatments (available at additional cost locally). Masks and snorkels only are provided, along with kayaks/paddles.
All Inclusive: The following are included in the price of your holiday: A la carte breakfast, snack lunch menu and 4-course table d'hote dinner daily. Drinks: selected local drinks and cocktails including bottled Kenyan beers, soft drinks, water, house wine, local spirits available from 1000 - midnight.
