Uruguay Extension - 5 nights
Cross the River Plate from Buenos Aires to Uruguay and experience some of the highlights of this small country.
Day 10 : Buenos Aires to Montevideo
Depart from the Hydrofoil port and depart for Uruguay. On arrival transfer to the brilliantly located boutique Cala di Volpe hotel on the seafront in Montevideo. Overnight at the hotel.
Day 11 : Montevideo to Punta del Este
In the morning explore Montevideo on a city tour showing the major sites. In the afternoon transfer by road to Punta del Este, the 'Monaco' of South America. Stay for 4 nights at the Remanso Hotel.
Day 12 to 14 : Punta del Este
Choose from a variety of things to do in this area, such as relaxing on a beach, shopping, visiting a casino, even hiring a boat and of course experiencing the wonderful food.
Day 15 : Punta del Este to Buenos Aires
Depart Punta del Este and head back to the port near to Montevideo for you Hydrofoil back to Buenos Aires.
Please note the Uruguay extension is only available during peak season, October to March.
