Discover the beauty and spectacle of Chile and neighboring Argentina. Commencing in historical and cosmopolitan Santiago, the capital of Chile, surrounded by snow capped mountains and lush vineyards, travel south to Chile's Lake District. A spectacular setting with lush pine forests and deep blue mountain lakes, time is spent in Puerto Varas which overlooks Lake Llanquihue and other small towns and villages.

In the Lake District you get to travel through the Andes on boat and coach to Argentina and the alpine city of San Carlos de Bariloche. This journey takes you through the Vicente Perez Rosales National Park. Admire the incredible scenery of majestic volcanoes, tumbling waterfalls with a backdrop of lush forests as you sail across Lake Todos los Santos on board a catamaran towards the sleepy mountain village of Peulla.

Continuing across the Argentine border, the journey incorporates Nahuel Huapi National Park, the oldest national park in this country. Finally, a boat ride across Lake Nahuel Huapi reveals the city of San Carlos de Bariloche.

Flying north, the journey ends in the city often referred to as the 'Paris of South America', Buenos Aires. This cultural delight on the Rio de la Plata, most famous for its fantastic food, tango dancing, Diego Maradona and Eva Peron is a fitting finale to a tour high on excitement and postcard vistas.
