Day 10 : Otavalo extension – 4 nights
After flying back to Quito travel north over the equator to the famous Indian market town of Otavalo. Spend 4 nights at the Hacienda Cusin, one of the oldest in Ecuador, built in 1602 and now a charming hotel. It is set in 40 acres, with 7 acres of gardens and is home to 49 species of birds and 58 of plants. There is candle-lit dining room with a log fire for cooler evenings.
