A very well-managed older style of Hilton, this was probably the first 5 star hotel to be built in the UAE. For the business visitor, Hilton's style is, of course, quite formal, but in Al Ain, the staff aim also to create a relaxed atmosphere for guests on holiday and you can be assured of a warm welcome from the multi-national team. The hotel has a number of restaurants and bars (please see below for details of those available on this all inclusive holiday). The hotel may sometimes agree to give a small credit towards a meal in one of its other restaurants: please ask at reception. There are 2 swimming pools: 1 is reserved exclusively for adults and the other for families. For the energetic, there is squash, tennis, 9-hole golf course (at an extra cost) and a fitness room (with sauna and steam room).
Standard rooms are comfortable and attractively decorated, fully air-conditioned and have tea/coffee-making facilities, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom with hairdryer.

Included meals/drinks: buffet breakfast/lunch/dinner at Flavours restaurant; house beer/house wine/tea/coffee, carbonated soft drinks at Hiltonia Clubhouse (same drinks also served with meals). Not included: Fresh juices, bottled water, diet/lite versions of carbonated drinks, cappuccino, espresso and other speciality coffees.
