Middle East

Bustling souks, crusader castles, mud walled villages and the most futuristic cities in the world; the Middle-east is a land of contrasts.

Our Middle East selection concentrates in particular on the UAE and Oman. Not just amazing, futuristic, ever-changing Dubai; but also Ras al Khaimah, the northernmost Emirate, which is perfectly located between the beautiful, rugged fjord coast of Oman’s Mussandam Peninsula and close enough to Dubai for an easy visit; Al Ain is an inland oasis, the ‘Garden City of the Gulf’. And in Oman, we have chosen Salalah, on the shores of the Indian Ocean.

Evocative names such as the Jordan Valley and the Dead Sea live up to, and exceed, expectations, particularly when combined with that most special of places, the rose-red city of Petra.
