Day 1: London / Luxor
Daylight flight to Luxor. On arrival transfer to the MS Sherry for 4 nights.
Day 2: Cruise
Early sail to Edfu passing by Esna Lock. Spend the day at leisure.
Day 3: Cruise
Morning departure by mini vans to visit the Temple of Horus at Edfu. Return to the ship and sail to Kom Ombo, arrive at Kom Ombo in the early afternoon and depart on foot to visit the temple shared by the two Gods, Sobek and Haroeris. Return to the ship and sail to Aswan.
Day 4: Cruise
Morning at leisure and possibility to depart for an overland excursion to Abu Simbel by air (at extra cost). Afternoon visit of the High Dam, the Temple of Philae and the Unfinished Obelisk.
Day 5: Aswan
After breakfast disembark the ship. Transfer to the Basma Hotel. Enjoy a sailing trip on the Nile by Felucca. Free time to visit the Nubian Museum (at extra cost)
Day 6: Aswan / Luxor
After breakfast transfer to Aswan train station for departure by seated train to Luxor. Upon arrival into Luxor transfer to the St Joseph Hotel. Afternoon visit to the Temple of Karnak.
Day 7: Luxor
After breakfast cross the River Nile to the West Bank to visit the Valley of the Kings, Valley of the Queens, Temple of Queen Hatshepsut and the Colossi of Memnon. Afternoon at leisure to relax at the hotel.
Day 8: Luxor / London
After breakfast transfer to the airport for your onward flight to London.
