Are all holidays bookable online?

On occasion some of our holidays may not be bookable online due to their complexity or level of availability. If you are encountering problems please call up our travel consultants on 01306 744 311, e-mail or fill in our online request form and we will be happy to assist.

How will I know my booking has been processed?

Once you have completed the booking process, we will send you an e-mail confirming your booking details and advising your booking reference number. We will then check your booking and send out a confirmation invoice. Your booking is not complete until we send the confirmation invoice.

What if I make a mistake?

You will receive both an e-mail and postal confirmation, we advise that you carefully check the details and call us immediately if you have made a mistake and we will be happy to assist.

Part of my holiday is on request, what does this mean?

This means that we don't currently have availability for the number of rooms needed at your chosen hotel or tour - it does not necessarily mean that it is sold out. Usually hotels give us a specified number of rooms and once we have sold these we have to request extra space. If when you make your booking an element is on request, we will collect a deposit of £150 per person (or full payment if within 61 days). We will then contact the hotels to request the additional room(s). We usually will let you know within 48 hours (although due to time differences some destinations can take longer) whether we have been able to confirm the space. If we can't fulfil your requested holiday any payment made will be fully refunded.

I can't seem to get the advertised price?

Some of our holidays are priced based on specially negotiated air-fares allowing us to offer the holidays at a very good price - unfortunately due to restrictions these are not always bookable on-line. Please call up our travel consultants on 01306 744 311 who will be pleased to assist.

My price breakdown shows "alternative economy fare", what am I being charged for?

We negotiate specially discounted rates from most airlines we work with. However, they will only release a certain number of seats at this fare. If there are no seats available at the discounted rate, we may still be able to book your holiday but the price will be a little higher, this is shown on your price breakdown as "alternative economy fare".

There is a Price Increase on my holiday, why?

When we price our holidays we take all factors into account. However, the majority of our prices are dictated by third-party suppliers so things can change. Most price increases you see will be a result of an increase in fuel surcharges or an increase in government taxes.
